If a cop gets stopped for suspected DWI they exercise their right to refuse to take the breath test or do field sobriety checks. This means they automatically lose their driver's license but it almost always ends there. Prosecutors are too busy to try and make a case without hard evidence. This is knowledge you can sneer at but at the end of the day you're better off knowing it then not. This is an example of using your rights to win, and win I will by hook or crook and fuck you fascists.

actually if someone blanks a question most sheriffs would get angry and u end up worse off than if you were co-operative and polite and the force would always back the cop up unless he was really violent, I think u are the dumbass or maybe just dickface for supporting these cunts.

pretty sad how we have to put them in their place, they can't even respect our rights, but I'll bet they will know theirs and protect their butts. They are supposed to serve and protect, not abuse our rights. They seem to forget that they arepaid by us.
